International Valve Sales Representatives (Open, Full-time)
Overview:
We are seeking International Sales Representatives with international sales experience and a passion for building markets from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be based in Houston, TX, fluent in one or more regional languages, and experienced in industrial valve sales through distribution network, direct B2B sales, OEM and sales channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in assigned international regions (Latin America including Mexico & Brazil; Europe; Middle East; Africa)
- Identify, recruit, and manage distributor partners as well as direct relationships with EPCs, OEMs, and end-users
- Build strong, lasting relationships with industry stakeholders to drive revenue growth
- Deliver product sales support to sales Channel partners.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of international regional business experience in industrial valves, piping, flow control, or related industrial products
- Proven ability to penetrate new markets and develop sales channels across Latin America (including Mexico & Brazil), Europe, Middle East, and Africa
- Experience working through multiple B2B sales channels, including distributors, EPCs, OEMs, and direct sales
- Multilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese are highly desirable.

Overview:
ANIX Valve USA is a factory-backed industrial valve manufacturer and stocking supplier based in Houston. We are seeking a senior-level Outside Sales Representative to drive strategic growth within OEMs, EPC firms, End-users, Skid fabricators, and Integrated equipment manufacturers.
This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on new account development, project-based selling, and specification (“spec-in”) positioning. The ideal candidate understands how to engage early in the project lifecycle, influence engineering decisions, and secure approved vendor status.
This is not a transactional sales role. We are looking for a proven business development professional who can build a pipeline, develop long-term relationships, and create sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Business development within OEMs, EPC firms, skid fabricators, integrated equipment manufacturers, and project-driven end users.
- Drive specification (“spec-in”) and design-in activities by working with engineering teams, project managers, and procurement decision-makers.
- Position ANIX as an approved vendor/manufacturer through vendor registration processes, technical engagement, and relationship development.
- Engage early in the project lifecycle to influence product selection, technical specifications, and approved manufacturer lists (AML).
- Identify and develop project-based opportunities and manage long sales cycles.
- Conduct on-site visits, plant tours, and technical discussions with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams for RFQs, pricing strategies, and order execution.
- Maintain pipeline in CRM (Epicor P21), including opportunity tracking and forecasting.
- Represent ANIX at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of solid sales experience in the relevant valves and fittings industry, with good product knowledge and proven sales track records in industrial stainless steel/cast steel valves or valve actuation products.
- Proven experience working with OEMs, EPCs, fabricators and End-users.
- Experience in specification selling (“spec-in”) and vendor approval processes.
- Strong understanding of industrial valve applications; actuation knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to develop new business and manage sales cycles.
