Outside Valve Sales & Manufacturer Representative  (Open, Remote, Outside of Texas, Full-time, Contract-to-hire. )

Overview:

We are seeking result-driven candidates to work remotely from outside of Texas. This is a contract-to-hire position with wages and sales incentives/ Commissions, focused on creating and developing new business accounts in the states where the candidate resides. Candidates must have at least 5 years of solid sales experience in the relevant industry, with proven track records in sales of industrial stainless steel/cast steel valves or valve actuation products. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop new corporate, OEM, End-user, EPC, and stocking distributor accounts.
  • Establish and develop made-to-order accounts.
  • Meet sales revenue and new business account quotas.
  • Build rapport with customers, establish strong customer relationships, and promote brand loyalty.
  • Formulate plans and strategies within resource constraints and restrictions.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and complete account/sales lead data, follow-up updates, and prospecting activity updates using CRM and sales management systems.
  • Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements: 

  • At least 5 years of solid sales experience in the relevant valves and fittings industry, with good product knowledge and proven sales track records in industrial stainless steel/cast steel valves or valve actuation products
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborate with internal business development team. 
  • Required to travel for scheduled appointments, meetings, promotional events, and trade shows.
  • Excellent salesmanship and public relations skills required.
  • Excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills required.
  • Demonstrate strong social and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required. 
  • Required to travel for scheduled appointments and meetings.

Sales Propecting Representative (Open, Full-time)

This is a full-time position with sales prospecting responsibilities and it can be an entry level position. It offers excellent career advancement opportunities in business development and the industrial valve business field. Product and on-the-job training will be provided.
Primary responsibilities:
  • Develop new business and sales opportunities through cold and warm callings.
  • Prospecting, identifying and qualifying potential customers.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads through cold callings with the provided call lists.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Establish rapport with customers, identify their needs, and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs.
  • Email marketing and generate leads. 
  • Assist in inside sales function and customer service.
  • Work towards achieving sales quotas with the sales and business development team.
  • Provide timely, accurate, complete account/sales lead data, follow-up updates and prospecting activities updates using CRM and sales management system.
  • Provide sales supports and customer services.
  • Assist in any other tasks/duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role is an advantage.

Valve Sales Support Assistant (Open, Full-time or INTERNSHIP)

This is a full-time entry level position as an assistant to the sales and business development team. Product training will be provided and Great career advancement opportunity.

Job descriptions: 

  • Inside sales function, preparing quote and order processing. 
  • Email marketing and generate leads.
  • Customer data entry.
  • Shipping and receiving administration.
  • Sales office administration.
  • Data entry and update information system.
  • Proof read and edit marketing/ product literatures or contents.
  • Warm/cold calling (Phone) for sales opportunities, feedback and follow-up.

Actuator Technician (Open, Full-time) 

Primary responsibilities:  

  • Build, assembly, install, inspect and test electrical and pneumatic actuators accordance with documented manufacturer instructions and specifications.
  • Valve assemblies consisting of valves, valve actuators, solenoids, limit switches, positioners, and various components, testing, tagging, photo identification, and preparing assemblies/package for shipment.
  • Organize inventory of actuator parts and packaging.
  • Work with sales team to answer product inquiry via calls and emails.
  • Perform product demo and training.
  • Provide presales and post sales service and support.  
 

Valve Warehouse Worker (Open, Full-time)

This is a full-time entry level position with warehouese and shipping/receiving responsibilities. Products and on job trainings will be provided. Great career advancement opportunity.

Job Descriptions: 

  • General duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Operate forklift, Manual and powered pallet jack. (Training will be provided)  
  • General upkeep and maintenance of warehouse area.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
  • Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.

This is a full-time position with online business support responsibilities and it can be an INTERNSHIP / entry level position. Product and on-the-job training will be provided.

  • Assist in implementation of email, digital and social media marketing,
  • Assist in online customer service and sales support.
  • Online Products listing and updates.
  • Data entry and update information system.
  • Proof read and edit online marketing/ product literatures or contents.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and other information as required by management.
