ANIX® has been an industrial valve & fittings manufacturer for OEM customers, importers and distributors since 1988 and has since then exported its products to Asia Pacific, South East Asia, Europe and United Sates. We are seeking for qualified candidates to join our team in Houston, Texas.

 

Marketing Assistant (OPEN)

This could be an internship position with flexible working hours or full-time position with career advancement opportunity.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Assist in digital and online marketing through digital channels such as search engines, emails, directories, social media, and websites to reach out to prospective customers.
  • Assist in implementation of email marketing campaigns.
  • Organize and update prospect lists.
  • Data entry and update information system.
  • Maintain and update websites, online store and social media.
  • Edit and update marketing/ product literatures and pictures.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and other information as required by management.
  • Business intelligence and Market research.
  • Assist in prospecting new business accounts and sales opportunities
  • Special projects or assignments on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel required.
  • Comfortable to work independently in small team working environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a plus.
  • Graphics design, Adobe and Power Point skill sets.
  • CAD and Photographer experience is a plus.
  • Honesty, diligence, sense of responsibility, passionate, self-motivated, fast learner, self-starter, initiative, team player, discipline, stress tolerance, take ownership, clear mind and good work ethics.

 

Valve Sales Assistant  (OPEN)

This is a full-time position working from office with business development and customer service responsibilities. This could be an entry level junior position with traning provided. 

Primary responsibilities: 

  • Cold/Warm calling and prospecting for new customer accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Qualifying leads and potential customers through calls, social media, emails and business contacts.
  • Manage and develop assigned accounts.
  • Assist in inside sales and shipping/receiving.
  • Provide sales support and customer services.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and other information as required by management.
  • Business intelligence and market research.
  • Maintain accurate, complete account data and pre-sales/post-sales activities with the company CRM system.
  • Assist in any other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements: 

  • Excellent cold/warm call, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Demonstrate strong social and presentation skill.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel required.
  • Comfortable to work independently in small team office environment to make cold calls and follow-up calls for potential customers out side of Houston.

Valve Account Manager  (OPEN)

This is a full-time position with business development and sales responsibilities. This position will provide career advancement opportunity in managerial position. This is not an outside or remote sales position but can be occasionally required to travel for business appointments. 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Cold/Warm calling and prospecting for new customer accounts and sales opportunities.
  • Qualifying leads and potential customers from the previous business contacts or networks.
  • Create and develop new stocking distributors. 
  • Establish and develop made-to-order accounts.
  • Meet sales revenue and new business accounts quota.
  • Assit in performing inside sales function for new accounts created.
  • Establish customer relationship and promote brand loyalty. 
  • Formulate plan and strategies within the resource’s constraints and restrictions.
  • Assist in sales management and other tasks assigned by the management. 
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and other information as required by management.
  • Gather business intelligence related to competitions, pricing, specifications, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate, complete account data and pre-sales/post-sales activities with the company CRM system.

Requirements: 

  • At least 3-year sales experience in the relevant valves and fittings industry with good product knowledge and proven sales track records.
  • Excellent cold call, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Demonstrate strong social and presentation skill.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel required. PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Comfortable to work independently in small team office environment to make cold calls and follow-up calls for potential customers out side of Houston.  
  • Required to travel for scheduled appointments and qualified customers.

Valve Warehouse Worker  (CLOSED)

  • General duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Operate forklift, Manual and powered pallet jack. 
  • General upkeep and maintenance of warehouse area.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
  • Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery and pickup.
  • Picking and packing of items.
  • Demonstrated attention to details.
  • Loading and unloading of cargo.
  • Stock count and quality inspection.
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor / management.

Requirements: 

  • Comfortable to work independently in small warehouse environment. 
  • Honesty, diligence, sense of responsibility, self-motivated, passionate, initiative, team player, self-discipline, stress tolerance, take ownership, clear mind and good work ethics.
